Dr. Nicole will be hosting our first ever workshop on Foam Rolling here in our office!
During the class you will learn great techniques and proper form of foam rolling to help with:
- pre-workout (to help loosen muscles)
- post-workout (to help prevent muscle fatigue)
- average day (alleviate tight muscles)
You will be provided with a foam roller to use during class that you will then get to take home with you when you’re finished.
